Privet Aesthetics Policies

CONSULTATION FEES

New Patient consultations with our Privet Aesthetics practitioners are $150. The $150 applies toward any future treatment. There are no refunds for consultation fees if no service is rendered. Consultation fees are not transferable to other entities such as Leif Rogers MD, Privet MD or RR Aesthetics.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Privet Aesthetics has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us 48 hours notice so we can make the time available to other patients. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will require a $150 non-refundable deposit on your next appointment. This deposit will be applied toward services. However, cancelling the rebooked appointment will forfeit the $150 deposit. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked.

RETURN POLICY

No refunds are made for products, service packages and/or pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, credit for the portion of unused treatments may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Privet Aesthetics. Please review your Package Terms and Conditions to determine your balance remaining. Unopened skincare products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase. No refunds or credit on skincare products once opened.

PROMOTIONS

We regularly offer special promotions as well as keep you in the loop with new Brilliant Distinctions rewards. To be notified of these promotions, follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook. Many of our promotions are social media specific and require you to show us you are a loyal follower. These promotions are only available to you. New patients can also become a follower instantly to receive these great rewards.

PARKING

Valet and metered parking is available at our Beverly Hills location (we do not validate). Self parking is available at our Pasadena location.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit and Alpheon. Payment is due at the time of service. Personal checks are not accepted for New patients unless they are a patient referral. Once you become a new patient, all payment types are available to you.

TREATMENT OUTCOMES

Privet Aesthetics is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. We always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

REVISIONAL TREATMENT OR TREATMENT OF COMPLICATIONS

The practice of medicine and aesthetics is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

RIGHTS RESERVED

Privet Aesthetics will try to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without notice.

PRACTICE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
